Town River Yacht Club will be invading the WYC on Aug 14!!
This shapes up to be one of the bigger events of the Summer. T.R.Y.C. always brings a large fleet to the W.Y.C. and this year should be no exception.
We have a great weekend planned- All WYC members join in this great event.
Please bring welcomed guests to enjoy dinner and dancing under the beautiful Boston-Skyline!
Tickets are $30 and include: the dock cookout, late day reception, full dinner buffet with dancing and The Sunday breakfast buffet.
If you can come for the dinner and dancing portion of the evening tickets are $20- please email Chuck Flanagan at Flanres@aol.com for more details.
AGENDA AS FOLLOWS:
The invasion will include the Dock Pavilion cookout around 1pm.
The afternoon reception hosted by T.R.Y.C will begin around 2:30pm with appetizers and frozen drinks- provided by your guests.
The evening event should start around 7-7:30pm with a great meal catered by "Tennessee's Real Barbeque"
The Buffet meal will include Ribs, chicken, salad, BBQ-beans, dirty rice wings and cornbread etc.
The entertainment for the night will be the timeless Boston Based Band "J.D. Kenney and Bill" they have been playing New England venues from for over thirty years.
For some of the old timers who remember the "Scotch & Sirloin" in Boston they were the featured band for years. They play everything from classic oldies to current pop .
We as usual will be offering a buffet breakfast from 8:30am- till 10:30am on Sunday!
